Thank you for stopping by. I am Coach K. I am a certified Life Coach. The sum total of my life experiences have brought me to a place to promote change and growth through sharing wisdom. I take joy in watching people grow and supporting that growth along the way. From life-altering, challenging times, to simple goal setting, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups of people over the last 10 years. I have learned so many valuable lessons that I am excited to share with you.

The Basics
What is a Life Coach?
Life Coaches are a support system that strategize with you to help you achieve personal goals. There are times when life events hinder us from excelling in life. Some of these experiences can be more traumatic than others. Because of that, it is important to note that a Life Coach is not a therapist. As part of our commitment to see you grow, we recognize that we may not always be the right person for the job. Should special circumstances arise, it is responsible for a coach to recognize when your situation transcends their realm of training. Don't be discouraged. Know that your coach has highlighted a new way to succeed.

As your coach, I am committed to working closely with you to see you thrive in your goals. I will ask the questions necessary to help you achieve your desires. I will walk with you as you progress and be there to celebrate your milestones. I will work with you to design a plan of action to fulfill your desired objective

What to expect:

At the time of booking your payment will be collected.
Once you are booked, you will receive a confirmation email of the appointment. Please fill out the new client form. This helps me get to know you a little better. Prior to your appointment, I will reach out to you via text message to confirm how you would like your appointment to be conducted (phone or video). On the day of your scheduled appointment, I will confirm with you an hour before your appointment. If the appointment is via video you will receive a link to your email with the meeting information within 15minutes of your appointment time. If your appointment is over the phone, you will receive a phone call within 5 minutes of your scheduled time.
You will have a 15 minute grace period to maintain your appointment. Should you not respond by the conclusion of the 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the payment forfeited.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be a nonrefundable credit for reschedule. After the second cancellation within 24 hours, your credit will be forfeited.
Understanding that situations arise in which you may need urgent assistance. to schedule an Emergency Booking (a booking during a time not normally available) a $25 fee will be assessed).
Should there be a reason I need to reschedule, you will be refunded your payment.
